- Sometimes. It depends what is revealed once the tiles and adhesive are off. If it is not suitable for polishing, an overlay can still give you the finish you want.
- How messy is tile removal?
- It is inherently dusty work, which is why we use containment and HEPA-filtered vacuums. It is not dust-free, but it is a long way from an uncontrolled job.
