- Efficient tile uplift — jackhammers, scrapers and ride-on lifters remove ceramic, porcelain, vinyl, natural stone, slate, terracotta and mosaic tiles (and timber floors) from concrete slabs and underlayment
- Adhesive & grout removal — industrial grinders take off leftover glue, grout and adhesive, leaving the slab flat and smooth
- Clean-up & disposal — debris removed, surface left ready for the new floor
