We are a Mornington Peninsula business, but we take on West Gippsland projects that justify the trip — Warragul, Drouin, Neerim South, Neerim and Noojee. With a base near Noojee, multi-day jobs are practical for us, and the finishes are the same ones we do at home: polished concrete, grind and seal, epoxy and factory-spec floors.
What we do in West Gippsland
We are honest about the geography: West Gippsland is a drive from Capel Sound, so the projects that make sense are the larger ones, or several floors done in one trip — a new house, a shed and garage together, a commercial or farm building, or a factory floor in Warragul or Drouin.
Because we have a base near Noojee, we can stay in the area and run a job over several days without daily travel. That is what makes polished and coated floors out here practical rather than expensive.

Combine the work
The travel is the same whether we do one room or the whole house. A house slab plus the shed, or two neighbouring jobs in the same week, is where the numbers work for everyone.
New builds are the sweet spot
Warragul and Drouin are growing, and a slab planned for polishing from the start gives the best result. Talk to us before the pour and we will give the concreter the specification.
Farm and industrial floors
Dairy sheds, machinery sheds and factory floors need working finishes — sealed, coated or factory-spec — chosen for the traffic and the spills, not the look.

- Is there a minimum job size for Gippsland?
- There is no fixed minimum, but the travel has to make sense for both of us. Larger floors, or several floors in one trip, are the jobs we take on out here. Tell us what you have and we will be straight about whether it works.
- How is travel handled in the quote?
- It is reflected in the quote up front rather than added later, and because we can stay near Noojee, a multi-day job does not carry daily trips on top.
- Which Gippsland areas do you cover?
- Warragul, Drouin, Neerim, Neerim South and Noojee, and the surrounding district by arrangement. Anywhere further is assessed job by job.
